Tastes of Anglia
Tastes of Anglia is a regional food group, promoting and supporting regional growers, producers, manufacturers and retailers in East Anglia. Butterfly Lodge have been members for over two years and sell our ice cream and milk through their wholsale and distribution business, called Tastes of Anglia Table.
The Countryside Agency
The Countryside Agency supports all business projects in the countryside. They can offer good business advice, so that new and upcoming rural businesses can avoid a lot of the pitfalls.
defra
DEFRA is the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. They have been fundamental in helping us with grant aid and funding to build our farmshop and ice cream business through a number of their enterprise and diversification schemes.
EEDA
EEDA is a DEFRA run 'East of England Development Agency'. We have had business advice and direct funding and promotion over the last five years with the development of "Butterfly Lodge, Farmshop and Dairy".
ERDPS
ERDPS is the England Rural Development Programme Scheme who give funding to projects such as the Butterfly Lodge Farm Shop and Dairy. We became aware of them through the Rural Enterprise Scheme which comes under their umbrella.
